Orders take about 24-48 hours to process. After this time the shipment is made which can take between 48 and 72 hours to reach the destination if it is mainland Spain.

For orders to other locations the time may be longer.

Los pedidos superiores a 90€ disponen de envío gratuito a península, Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla.

If your order is shipped outside the European Union, it may be subject to customs clearance. The customer must pay this additional cost.

El cliente puede devolver el producto siempre y cuando no hayan transcurrido 14 días hábiles a partir de la fecha de recepción del pedido y esté sin desprecintar. Contacta con nosotros a través de nuestra dirección de correo para tramitar la devolución.

The customer can return an article as long as it is not past 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order and is unsealed and in perfect condition. The costs of the return will be paid by the customer.

The customer assumes ownership of the returned product until it is received at the return address. We advise the customer to return the goods by registered mail or transport agency with an insurance for the value of the product. This insurance will be necessary in case of loss or damage to the goods by the transport company.
