Orders take about 24-48 hours to process. After this time the shipment is made which can take between 48 and 72 hours to reach the destination if it is mainland Spain.

For orders to other locations the time may be longer.

Orders over 60 euros have free shipping to mainland Spain.

Orders over 80€ have free shipping to mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

If your order is shipped outside the European Union, it may be subject to customs clearance. The customer must pay this additional cost.

The customer can return the product as long as it has not passed 14 working days from the date of reception of the order and it is not unsealed. Contact us through the Contact form to process the return.
